🔹 Exchange Policy
We understand that fragrance preferences can vary. If you would like to exchange your order, our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.
Exchange Guidelines:
Exchanges are permitted only within the same product category.
Exchanges are offered; refunds will not be processed for fragrance dissatisfaction.
Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Each order is eligible for a single exchange request.
Exchanges are allowed only if:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged in transit.
The order is incomplete (e.g., missing items in a combo).
NOTE: A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you are eligible for one time exchange of the product.
🔹 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following condition:
If we are unable to arrange or deliver the product after your order has been placed.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for personal dislike of a fragrance or change of mind.
Refunds will not be provided on opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene and safety standards).

Wrong item shipped
Incomplete sets/combos
Damaged products

Customers are responsible for sending the order back to the address also responsible for shipping costs in all criteria, unless the item delivered was wrong or damaged.
