Shipping Policy
🔹 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🔹 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days, depending on location after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
🔹 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on delivery location and package weight.
We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders above a certain value.
🔹 Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email and/or SMS, so you can follow your package in real time.
🔹 Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver it safely.
MEBOSS will not be held liable if the package is signed for by an alternative person (e.g., neighbour, security guard, family member) at the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are requested to ensure someone trustworthy is available to receive the order.
🔹 Failed Deliveries / RTO
Couriers generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, it will be returned to us (RTO).
👉 Customers may be responsible for reshipping charges in such cases.
