Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or opened perfumes
- Products accepted without proper verification (see sections below)
3. OTP Verification & Inspection at Delivery
- Delivery will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- You must inspect the package before sharing the OTP.
- Customers are required to record a 360° unboxing video clearly showing packaging and product.
- Verify product quantity and condition before accepting delivery.
- If the package is damaged/tampered, you must either reject it or accept with a Negative POD (Proof of Delivery) and proper photographic evidence.
4. Accepted Damaged or Partial Orders
If you accept a damaged, partial, or tampered order, you must provide:
- Negative POD image
- Complete 360° unboxing video
5. Rejection or Negative POD Handling
- If delivery is rejected or negative POD is submitted, valid claims may result in reshipment of missing items.
- No refunds will be issued for damaged/tampered/partial items once shipped.
- All claims are subject to company verification and approval.
6. No Claim Without Proof
If the delivery is accepted without a negative POD and without a proper unboxing video, no refund or return request will be accepted under any circumstances.
7. Complaint Timeframe
- All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- The company is not responsible for damage reported after this period or not visible in the unboxing video.
8. Signature Responsibility
- All deliveries require a signature.
- If accepted by someone else (family, neighbour, etc.), the company is not responsible for any issues unless supported by valid unboxing proof.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product and location and are shown at checkout before payment.
10. Refund Processing
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between customer and courier partner, refunds will only be processed after confirmation from the shipping partner.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
